Is the case really guaranteed for 12 years?
Yes, our cases come with a 12-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This covers the shell and metal frame. However, all other accessories such as wheels, handles, clasps, garment covers, pockets, etc. are guaranteed for 3 years. We will be happy to send spare parts to your home address free of charge. Don't forget to register your luggage on our website with its identification number to benefit from this guarantee.

What materials are used in your suitcases?
Our cases are handmade, and are made from 100 % polycarbonate, including 25 % of recycled materials. Our competitors, particularly in the golf sector, offer ABS shells (which are not very durable over time) at a material cost of 50 % less. Our mallets or cases are designed to last over time, even with intensive use. They are designed for everyday use and are 100 % repairable.
When travelling by air, should I check my bag as normal baggage or sports equipment?
It all depends on the airline's regulations, but generally the extra cost of transporting a large suitcase is much less than for sports equipment. However, it is advisable not to exceed a weight of 23 kg. In all cases, our all-in-one concept allows you to check in just one item of baggage.
