However, all other accessories such as wheels, handles, clasps, garment covers, pouches, etc. are guaranteed for 3 years. We will be happy to send spare parts to your home address free of charge. Don't forget to register your luggage on our website with its identification number to benefit from this guarantee.

It all depends on the airline's regulations, but generally the extra cost of transporting a large suitcase is much less than for sports equipment. However, it is advisable not to exceed a weight of 23 kg. In all cases, our all-in-one concept allows you to check in just one item of baggage.

Our cases are water and dust resistant, but not totally waterproof. They provide effective protection for your personal belongings against rain or splashes.

Our main model is a large-size suitcase. The exact dimensions and capacity are indicated on each product sheet. The easily removable wheels allow you to gain 5 cm in height, and to store them one inside the other (if different sizes are used).

Yes, you can buy accessories to organize your interior, and stickers (logo, photos, images) to stick to the outside of the hullshell in the spaces provided.

We offer pre-cut foam for fragile objects (guns, instruments, sports equipment, etc.). For very specific needs, a customised service can be provided on request.

No. The base price includes the bare shell. Accessories are available separately, so you can customise your case to suit your needs.

Delivery generally takes between 4 and 7 working days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. The case must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging. Before any return, please contact our after-sales department service@eliteshell.com 

In the event of loss, theft or damage to your baggage during a journey, it is important to note that we cannot provide a refund or exchange. Responsibility lies with the airline that took charge of your baggage in accordance with the Montreal Convention. Airlines are obliged to compensate you. Please note that you generally only have 7 days after your return to declare the loss and fill in the PIR (Property Irregularity Report) form.

No, except for stickers. We sell worldwide and each country has a different export cost, and also a different VAT rate. We have chosen DPD because there are very few carriers who offer to deliver parcels longer than 1 metre at reasonable prices. No shipping costs for stickers. To avoid paying transport costs on accessories, we advise you to buy them at the same time as the suitcase (they will be delivered in the suitcase).

For our customers in Switzerland with a delivery address in Switzerland, we invoice an amount including Swiss VAT. For all other customers, however, we invoice without VAT. It is not possible to have our products delivered in Euro in Switzerland or in CHF outside Switzerland.
