Your case is guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects for a period of 12 years on the shell and 3 years on all other accessories (wheels, handles, TSA locks, pouches, garment covers) from the date of purchase. Scratches and other cosmetic damage are not covered by the warranty.

The guarantee applies to normal and intensive use. The function of this case is to transport personal belongings, sports equipment or other items. Prolonged exposure to extreme conditions (intense heat, excessive humidity, contact with chemicals) are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by overloading in excess of 30 kg, improper use or unauthorised modification.

Complaints procedure: in the event of a problem, please contact our after-sales service service@eliteshell.com beforehand, explaining the problem in detail. Please enclose photos of the faulty product and the name of the owner previously registered on our website.

After analysis, we will offer a repair or replacement free of charge. The return of the case to our workshops is at the buyer's expense.

Our liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the case or its accessories, in accordance with the terms of this warranty. No additional compensation may be claimed.
